Jodie Watson Naturopath
Welcome, I’m Jodie, a Clinical Naturopath based in the Gold Coast Australia.
I’m a degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath based on the Gold Coast, Australia, supporting women to restore their metabolic health, energy, sleep, mood, hormones and overall well-being.
Many of the women I work with are exhausted, overwhelmed and frustrated by changes in their health that they can’t quite explain. They may be experiencing weight-loss resistance, fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety, mood changes, hormonal imbalance, blood sugar instability, burnout or simply a sense that their body and mind aren’t functioning as they once did.
Rather than simply managing symptoms, I’m interested in understanding why you’re experiencing them and what may be driving them.
My clinical interests include metabolic health and insulin resistance, nervous system health, sleep, hormones, mood and nutrition, with a particular interest in the connection between metabolic, hormonal and mental well-being.
My approach combines evidence-informed naturopathy with traditional herbal medicine, therapeutic nutrition and practical lifestyle strategies. Your health is individual, so your treatment plan is too. Together, we focus on addressing the foundations of health and creating sustainable changes that can support you for the long term.
As a business owner, mother of six and home educator, I understand the demands of caring for a family while trying to look after yourself. I know how easy it is for your own health to fall to the bottom of the list - and how important it is to change that.
I also have a background in midwifery, and support women through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, alongside my broader naturopathic practice.
My mission is simple: to help women regain their energy, resilience and confidence so they can thrive in their homes, families and communities.
Consultations are available Australia-wide via telehealth.

“...and when the world tells you to lower your head and submit in silence to how things are and always will be, lift your voice instead and sing bravely of how things can and should and will be, because that song is why you are here.”
